Sims 3 Legacy Challenge week 28

After a bit of a B-B-Q Xeronema decided to invite Darren over to meet the family

This was a closely watched introduction, Specially with her sister wanting to become best friends as soon as she said hi. (Who greets people in their knickers??)

But Xeronmena should have rest assured, Ximenia was trying a new dating technique.

Briefly.

Things had to change for Ximenia if she was to find happiness though. She was ageing quickly, and her baby becoming a child.

Oh my.....

Darren was becoming quite a regular visitor to the Owens home, even slept soundly dreaming of Xeronema while she dreamed of being Mr tom the cheese selling mouse.

Work was becoming mad....

But re styling nostril hairs was a step too far.

It continued to make her feel uneasy for the rest of the day.

But she put on a brave smiling face for the clients at work.

Running to the toilet in between styles.

It had been a rough couple of days, aching back and feeling tired, having a successful career was hard work.

But before long career was discounted, and the true reasons for Xeronemas ailments become clear.

Darren had to be told (how he hadn't noticed was the big question) the happy news that they were to have a daughter (Xeronema had decided)

Unfortunately Darren was not too pleased, he didn't really like children.

He made up for upsetting her with a silly face and on request joined project belly rub

Daughter Wheki Owens welcomed into the household.

Xeronema dreamed of getting married that night (in the newly decorated master bedroom, no one had mentioned she had taken it upon herself to move into this room) She didn't really mind who she married, but as she loved Darren, it might as well be him.

When Liang was next visiting from china, Ximenia at last decided to pop 'the' question she had been holding on to for so so long.

(this must have sparked her oldest daughter to at last making a move on that guy she had been dreaming of kissing since high school)

The next day, ximenia put on her glad rags and ran out to great Liang....

...and with a tear in her eye suggested they marry straight away, hoping he would leave china and his elderly mum behind for her and their daughter.

Wisteria was alittle unsure if her mum had the ability to be married (she had no idea how long this guy had been in her mums dreams) and Willow was alittle confused, was this her dad?? Ximenia instantly, for the first time, wanted a baby. But her next birthday was in two days, could she manage to get pregnant before then??

Next was Xeronemas turn.

((Just a little note. Unless they actually want a baby, or there is a good reason not to have a baby when my sims woohoo i have recently been using a mod called 'risky woohoo' that gives a 10% chance of accidents. As Xeronema had a very healthy appetite for Darren they did indeed fall pregnant. This was not forced by my hand.))
